BIOMOL offers collections of compounds useful for screening, assay development, and other pharmacological applications including a library of over 500 highly purified natural products of known structure including many compounds from ethnopharmacology. Compounds and quantities can be selected to tailor the library to users' specific needs. Individual compounds or subsets can be resupplied in gram quantities.
The MaxiVerse Molecular Diversity Libraries are collections of diverse molecules for lead generation and chemical genomics. Compounds are selected to maximize structural diversity and for their fit to Lipinski’s rule-of-5. One mg of each compound is supplied distributed to the wells of 96-well tube racks with 80 compounds per plate. Each compound can be resupplied in larger quantities upon request. Five different-sized libraries are available.
Chemical genomics libraries include ICCB known bioactives, kinase inhibitors, ion channel ligands, and a protease inhibitor library.
