The 96-well kit is suitable for a variety of pharmaceutical and biotechnology research applications, providing rapid purification of plasmid DNA that can generate best-in-class transfection-grade plasmid with the highest viral titers on the market, according to the company.
Designed to complement Sigma-Aldrich’s MISSION shRNA product line, the GenElute HP 96-Well Plasmid Miniprep Kit is optimized for demanding downstream transfection protocols. GenElute purified plasmid DNA is suitable for a wide variety of molecular biology applications, including cloning, restriction digestion, in-vitro transcription and translation, and sequencing.
Utilizing the GenElute HP 96-Well Plasmid Miniprep Kit, up to 10μg of high-copy plasmid DNA can be recovered per well from 1.3mL of harvested bacterial culture in less than 50 minutes. The competitively-priced kit is compatible with automated liquid handling workstations and offers a vacuum manifold-based manual protocol.
