SARvision|Biologics from Altoris is a tool developed to allow scientists to relate biopolymer sequences to bioactivity or physical properties, generated in protein engineering, antibodies, or peptide therapeutics programs.

The program is driven by a smart spreadsheet with embedded bioinformatics algorithms. SARvision|Biologics provides tools to analyze the numerical and text data including data filtering, heatmaps, and graphics in the same application. The software provides different means to facilitate the identification of relations and patterns between sequence and biological or physicochemical data.

One of the challenges of dealing with peptides and synthetic biopolymers has been the potentially large number of monomers and monomer modifications that can be used in the course of a program. SARvision|Biologics uses knowledge bases that give the user flexibility in dealing with unnatural amino acids, cyclizations or chemical modifications. SARvision|Biologics is a desktop application written in C++ and designed to run under MS Windows.
